I would like to bring to your awareness that there is a new option on the new game setting menu, under the Banking and Finance DLC page:
Base Loan Interest Rate
This option modifies the base interest rate which affect bonds and bank loans.
If you think the bond interest rates in the game are too high or too low to your liking, you may use adjust it with this setting.
