Error on startup: "Error on accessing User Documents folder for save games."

Hi forum.

I am getting this error on starting Capitalism Lab: "Error on accessing User Documents folder for save games. Game interrupted".
Have re-installed the game with the same result.

Help appreciated.

You may try the following solutions:

1) Run this program as an Administrator. To do so, right click on the Capitalism Lab program icon. Windows will display a pop up window. From there, choose “Run as administrator”.

2) If the above solution does not work, uninstall the game. Login Windows as an administrator and reinstall the game (or run the installer with Administrator rights if you do not re-login as administrator.)

3) Check if your harddisk still has free disk space.

None of these options are working do you any other options. I have my files tied to google one drive is that an issue? That's the way it has always been.
