It can be opened with UTF8 (without BOM). However, Company_Details.txt can not handle multiple languages ​​although DBF can specify other than English.

I created a new file earlier and succeeded in multilingualization. Maybe it was BOM or jis in the file created last time. I apologize to you for a fuss over.
