just started new game and when i start advertising over internet companies brand is standing on 0

1) What is the firm description of the firm that is doing the advertising?
2) Which product's brand rating is standing on 0?

1. I had one of the stores use advertising module, then i transfer all to a warehouse and put one of internet companies to make advertisment, google/facebook
and open stores in other cities, afer 1-2years in other cities brand is 0 in main one is xy because i used local media in store

2) Which product's brand rating is standing on 0? its OS product
