3. Create an international bond market / virtual bond market
Just like the international stock market, we should also create an international bond market that allows banks to invest heavily in investment.
The virtual company issues bonds here to raise cash. Virtual companies use cash to invest, and the more cash they consume, the faster the company grows (of course, when the global economy declines, the faster it loses).
