Tutorial window covers other info window.

Hi, I'm a new player of Capitalism Lab. I found that tutorial window always on top of other message window when I was playing tutorial level. Sometimes I want to know what a bar represents by pointing to that bar, but window introducing that bar is covered by tutorial window. Can you fix this problem? Thanks.
