If the AI can build Apartments with no road connections, why can't my company?
Almost every game I've started, there are Apartments built that have at least one open land square from the road. They only things I can build with no road connection is R&D centers.

Fix so I can build them in the empty spaces? Or them not being allowed anymore?
I would like to see things like Tennis courts to not require a road. Would be nice to give my residents private play areas. Like most apartment complexes in the US.

This is a good idea. I have forwarded this suggestion to the dev team.I would like to see things like Tennis courts to not require a road. Would be nice to give my residents private play areas. Like most apartment complexes in the US.
