bug: cant set the CEO's payment in the HQ

Started a new game today with the 1.932 game, and now i have a nice annual profit i have build a HQ (in shangai)
Ofc the first thing i wanted to do was set my annual salary for being CEO.
But when i click or drag on the amountline (dunno the right word atm heheh) it stays on 0,-
My company is making an annual profit of 16M and going up, so even though that aint much yet, i should be able to set a minimum of 100K salary right ?

I already demolished and rebuild the HQ, but this doesnt help/solve.
