Please help: Subsidiary DLC is not working.

Do I have to toggle between the two DLCs that I currently have ?
Can I just keep BOTH DLCs "ON" in the DLC tab ?
Will that still work ?

I recently purchased and activated the City Simulation DLC. However, when trying to run the Subsidiary DLC, I get a Black screen.

Strange, now it appears to be working:



PS: Do I have to toggle between the two DLCs that I currently have ?
