Once i click on the firm or corp button, it will always ask me to whether want to sell my plot of land..
And to solve this, i need to click the firm or corp button @ some other place where i dont owe the land..

3. Im wondering whether it is possible have music volume setting?

4. I have control 1 AI company "Ion Industries", i see nothing much i can do if i control the AI company under myself (without company) .. I suggest that to control AI company whether using company money or own money, should have same benefits..

RE : Loan
David, you explain how is the loan work?
My case, In 1990 , I borrow 100M from Bank and In 2000, My loan amount become less than 100M.
**I never pay back the money to the bank**
IS the interest stated e.g 7.5% already including principle amount + interest??


RE : Error on the R&D

First , i tryto research Notebook using 9 box of R&D and it take 4.17 years as per below




After that, i remove 3 box of R&D and research for Notebook stll will ready in 4.17 years which is not right.
