1) Will look into the bug.
2) The dev team is busy working on the Digital Age DLC as well as fixing bugs and improving the CES DLC. The data export feature is perhaps something that they might consider after finishing the Digital Age DLC.
If you like, you may create a post with a poll to survey the interest level of users on this feature. This will help convince the dev team that it is indeed a feature with a high demand.
