how to activate DLC?

Hello,

I notice that although I downloaded and installed the Post Beta Release version and the 4.2.05 files, and when I open the game it says Version 4.2.05 with DLCs beta

And in the DLC menu I have both DLC's showing (I've bought the Subsidiary DLC), but there is no on/off button for either of them... And when I play the game, the features of the economic DLC are missing (nation map, most city graphs etc).

How can I activate the DLC?

Thank you very much! indeed this was the problem, and even worse - it seems my memory of buying the DLC was false one. All corrected now.
