Suggestion : Can we name or rename the new city?

Although the randomly selected name pool is sometime hilarious, but I find them most of time just kinda weird. Can we name a new city when it's built, or just rename it later?

I made the 10 city names I want in my script file

The test games where ive started with 8 cities, the city I founded has always been named after the 9th city name set in my script file. (I do use the allowed real world city names)

Then I have to think of all the 10 names in advance before I even start the game? I don't think changing the script after playing a game have any effect, right?

I often just come up with names on a wimp, or depend on in-game situations, like I want this city to be farming central and called it Central Valley, and for industrial city called it San Gabriel Valley, and electronic production center called it Silicon Valley. But I won't know which is which after I play the game, and know what resources and businesses they evolved.
