Error on declaring bankruptcy

When declaring bankruptcy on one of my new cities, getting the following error.

My city run out of funding, clicked on declare bankruptcy.

I tested it and it worked without any crashes.

Which version of the game were you using?

Running 4.2.02

Actually got the same error just with the game running

We will fix this in the next patch.
