The problem with the subsidiary DLC at this point is its not clear how you identify the perfect CEO on the type of subsidary firm you are running. For example: If I want to create a subsidiary that is stock focused how do I identify the best candidate to run a stock focused company? There's no Stock skill set so I hired based off the personality trait of liking to invest in stocks but she hasn't actively invested the company money in stock.
Another example: I want to spin off my media firms what should I look for in a media firm CEO?
If I want a Retail/Technology/Farm CEO it would be easy to identify which candidates would be best but when it comes to other type of firms its impossible to know who would make a successful candidate and who won't.
Are there plans to make this clearer?

Re: Problem with Subsidiary DLC
would be useful, I've had several occasion's where I've set up a "property only company" and the company has just sat there and done nothing - on a few occasion's the CEO even changed to "stock" - how can my subsidiary which I own 80% of decide to change like that ? - and it was a moot point since every company was 100% owned at that time so there was zero stock to buy or sell.
