In my option menu, internal sales is enabled by default.
I note if I disabled internal sales manually when sales unit is established and AI competitors purchase from this sales unit, then internal sales does not work if I enable it again. AI can still purchase from my sales unit which already clicked internal sales button.
Then I try to remove current sales unit and establish another sales unit in an empty slot and internal sales in enabled but the same thing happens, AI can buy from my new sales unit.
It seems if I don't destroy my factory, I can not stop AI buying from my factory.
can not turn to internal sales?

Re: can not turn to internal sales?
if they already buying enabling internal sales does not void existing arrangements but it would be nice if we were asked if we want to terminate existing arrangements.

Re: can not turn to internal sales?
yeah but being able to stop them buying would be brwaching a contract you made with them when they started tobuy ;p hence you d ve to pay fine for breaking the contract ^^
if ya wanna get rid of them skyrocket the salesrpice, they gonna stop buying very quickle but gonna stay customers for quite a while, keep the skyhigh price until they are gone from the client list , then you can resume at regular price but keep internal activated. only have to deal with this myself when taking over competitors and their facories are 1000 times overstretched. personally i have all sales internal from scratch and only turn on [group] sales if all my shops are maxed out at lvl 9 and theres still production overflow

but it seems I have displeased AI, because if I disable internal sales again and set the price to $0.01, 2 years have passed, AI never buy from my sales unit, they would rather buy low quality and high price product from harbor
I attached my save file, can anyone help check why my electronic component in the warehouse can not be sold out

Re: can not turn to internal sales?
as i mentoned often enough in posts, A.I.s are not very clever and rather pull from totally overstretched supplies then switching to a supply with sufficient quantity, its not because you pissed them off if the supply he is pulling 5 units/month gone he will reconsider to buy somewhere else but this could also take a year sometimes, as he might rather sell nothing and just pay the retail staff for polishing their nails in an empty shop.
if you plant the warehouse close to the shops the likehood they switch to your supply is higher but you really are better off to sell it yaself to have a constant stream of sales and cash-in the majority of profit earned in retail yaself. or, if you fancy to try out subsidary companies as reseller, use subsidary firms to sell ya crap but with shops you put up yaself (3 products per shop with 1 purchase+2 sales units per product, leaving no room for advertisement unit) to disable the likehood of your sub advertising with 500k per product in every town / every shop to bring in huge losses on selling your stuff and you end up pumping in cash to not make him go broke as at this point all shops you handed over gonna dissapear together with all the money invested into the endavor. also if your product overall rating is too low he will drop your products and rather pull from totally overstretched sources, pointless yes and shops which made profit while you were managing it will run red numbers.
as an example i just had yesterday, gained 90% shares on a company producing 1 product only n selling it, i got the company for half its value because it dropped from profit to loss due to fully overstretched chemical mineral supplies from seaport he produced less then 10% of what he could pull which certainly doesnt satifsy its 21 retailshops with advertisement at max. there wasa high quality chemical mineral deposit next to the factory, with his cash i opened up a mineral mine just a few inches away from his 2 factories and he didnt even bother to switch to its own mine for higher qualtiy and lower price + saving all the transport costs from sydney seaport (about $0.86 per unit transport) to factories in moscow, had to do it manually, woala company skyrocket in the next few month from heavy loss to $18m profit with just 2 factories and 21 retail shops. ofcourse i took totasl control of the retail shops shutting down the over $10million advertisement on his brand 100+ products (range brand) and drop it to 100k each town to keep the 100 brand rating as he did only sell 1 product with max 3 shops per town, that aint enough without advertisement spending to keep the brand up.
