Necessity index

Ciao i find in mod description http://www.capitalismlab.com/advanced-m ... ducts.html
the necessity index:
NECESSITY Numeric 0 to 100 The necessity index of the product
But in Product_type.dbf i can set only 1 to 10

in product_type.dbf 0=0% and 10=100% necessity just 10% steps, probably just a typo in the mod description
