It's unable to add new factory building with version 3.0.10

I failed to add new factory with 3.0.06 version, the factory shows up on the retail store list, it can be built but can not manufacture,and it can sell things like a retail store. The lower version has no this problem.

I tried the version 3.0.10,it disappear on the retail store list,but it doesn't show up on the factory list.

It's able to add new retail store, farm and apartment,but can not add new factory, I think there must be a problem with factory buildings.

I have tried all the versions,the problem(new added factory building doesn't show up on the factory building list) only occurs on version 3.0.08\3.0.09\3.0.09B\3.0.10,which have the ability to manage product customization in the manufacturing units.

Maybe the ability to manage product customization in the manufacturing units cause this problem.

Could you teach me how to increase the internal space of the factory buildings? So that I don't have to add new factory building via MOD. All I want is to increase the internal space of the factory so that it can promote the efficiency.

I bought this game just because I can use the mod to change the game to what I want it to be. And to increase the internal space of the factory and retail store is all what I want now.
