Inverse Inflation?

Hello.

I was reading on the new website about "Inverse Inflation". If we select "Inverse Inflation" in the options menu, will the normal Inflation work like going up and down, or just go down?

Normally the Inflation goes up every year, but sometimes it's going down and even to a ressession. If we want a normal behavior, should we choose "Inverse Inflation"?
