mh my dining table brakes within 5 years??? i doubt that, mine wont break in a hundred years or more ... its about 1.5 tons solid timber for the table plate and its standing on the terrace behind the house about up 20 ppl can sit and eat and NO its not from IKEA lol we dont have such companies here but they already buy our eucalyptus trees

if i come across a picture for a table with chairs i ll post it, as its a dining table set, it should maybe show a bit more then just a glas table i suppose.

I think cameras in electronic products should be classified as photography equipment, so there are exactly four products; The newly added coffee machine can also supplement the quantity of electronic products; Photography equipment should be allowed to be sold in computer&digital stores

Hadn't really thought about that very much. I assume that it should be realistic but also enough to make it worthwhile to actually produce in game.

I tried looking it up and found myself a bit stumped given that there are so many different varieties of tables such as Office Tables, Coffee Tables, Poker Tables, Dining Tables, etc with their separate statistics.

I guess we could just go with Tables being cheaper than Sofas but having a higher demand as well.

looking at say https://megafurniture.sg/blogs/articles/when-is-the-right-time-to-replace-your-furniture-megafurniture

suggests a dining table to last twice as long as a sofa... after all a sofa tends to sag/get worn with age, whereas a table doesnt tend to.

I put mine at 300 $ dollars per table and the annual demand at 0,12 which is less than half of what the demand for chairs (0,27) are in the game but a bit more than of the sofas (0.09). I would say tables might break more often than a sofa would but are also sometimes bought together, but because of the table being cheaper it was my reason to put the demand for it a little bit higher in comparison to the sofa. In general I would say something in the range from 0,10~0,15 for demand would be right.

For product pictures I would suggest other modders the AI from microsoft called Copilot. It tends to make more professional looking pictures.

well we bought our dining table/chairs over 10 years ago so i wouldnt think its a high frequency purchase.

google suggest 5 years low end with cheap product up to 30 years before replacing.

as for cost it can be anything from $100 to $thousands
