Hi David
Could you increase the size of the research screen so that all 6 options are always visible? (At the moment, one is always missing)
Also, looking at the research options, I cant see why anyone would research any more than 2 years at a time (See screenshot below)
At 2 years, the research benefit is 56
Going down
1 year is 25 (25x2 = 50 < 56) 2 years better
6 months is 9 (9x4 = 36 < 56) 2 years is better
Going up
3 years is 85 (56x1.5 = 84) 3 years is better by 1 point (Insignificant)
5 years is 140 (56x2.5 = 140) same as 2 years
10 years is 273 (56x5 = 280) 2 years is better
So going any more than 2 years is not worth it as the difference is marginal and you need to wait much longer before enjoying any benefits
