Bug: Stuck/unresponsive menus when minimap filter activated

Ive been having intermittent problems with different menus (Factory/HQ/Seaport/etc) when a filter for the minimap is activated.

Sometimes it happens when I am browsing through products, or changing the price of a product or my salary.
However, this problem does not occur when no filters are active.

What kind of issue ? Can you please be more precise ? I perhaps have an issue too.

The issue related to menus or buttons becoming unresponsive.

Sometimes I get stuck in a menu (eg- cant click on products in my own retail shop) and I have to close the window and go back in again to get it working again

Also, when the filter is on, sometimes I am unable to change the prices in a shop/factory or my salary, etc.
To begin with I can usually click the up/down buttons, but when I click on confirm, it will not do anything
Other times, while still clicking up/down these buttons become unresponsive and I have exit the menu and come back in again too.

It is intermittent, because it doesnt always happen, but regularly does.
When none of the filters are selected though, I have no problems

I have the same problem. Sometimes, menu seems not to be working completely. It's very strange because it's not completely reproducible.

Is there any specific pattern of user actions on the interface that triggers this bug? Haven't been able to trigger this bug yet...

Hi David. Try this:
Turn the company option to only your own company, and the firm type to only one of your own (For example, a factory), then just continue to play the game as normal.
You should be able to trigger it at some point from there.

However, I can usually trigger this problem with only one filter active.
Again, it is intermittent and only happens sometimes

How did you navigate the firms when the filters are on? Personally, I always press Space key and Arrow keys for navigating among the filtered firms.

You may let me know your way of using the interface on this and it perhaps will offer some hints for triggering the bug. Thanks.

I just have the filters activated and continue to play the game (selecting firms outside the current filter list)
Eg: Try selecting a seaport and viewing its products when companies is set to only your company
Eg: Try selecting your retail outlets and changing prices when the filter is set to factories

We should have fixed this bug. The bug fix will be available in the next patch.
