Really need to introduce Tender Offers to assist human players when friendly managers are enabled (even when not) to level the playing field.

From what I understand the devs have been asked about this a few times and have rejected the idea. In general because it enables the AI to be more easily exploited (i.e by undervaluing the company).

That's stupid. So make it for the human player and not the AIs.

The way I envision this working is the Human player set an offer price and how much money (x many shares) its seeking to obtain the AIs determine if they want to sell at that price and if they do they decide how many of their shares to give up to the Tender. Right now if I wanted to acquire / gain a majority of a company's stock the 5% buy is too expensive and time consuming to execute.
