Capitalism 2 and Capitalism Lab Forum

How can I download the MOD_kit.zip file to create my own mod? On the official page in "How to make a MOD" it says "Please download the MOD kit for the Announcements section of the Capitalism Lab release version forum" and then "Then extract the MOD_kit.ZIP file to the Capitalism Lab folder, resulting in the creation of a folder named “Capitalism Lab\Mod Kit“." But I don't see any MOD_kit.zip file to download.
How can I create my own MOD with my products and other personalized features?

its in the modding section of the board the top post is called Mod Kit for version 10.0.x
