New Scenario “Electric Car Pioneer” in the upcoming version 11.0

Along with the new Electric Cars, the upcoming version 11.0 will introduce a new scenario titled "Electric Car Pioneer” with the following description. It would be the 16th and final scenario of the base game.
You're a visionary entrepreneur who sees the potential of electric vehicles long before they become mainstream. Your ambitious goal: to dominate the future electric car market with a 70% share and generate a monthly trade revenue of at least $3 million solely from your factory's electric car sales.
