Capitalism 2 and Capitalism Lab Forum

The game pretty much slows to a crawl after about 25 years, even on full speed (5) the ticks by very slowly.
That's not a lot of time in this game, and it pretty much makes it that every game needs to be a short few years.

Can the devs look into this and try to optimize the late game? I know it's an old game, but there is got to be something that can be done. I bought it recently thinking by version 10, surely they've fixed this issue, but unfortunately not.
