i cant save games

The system prompts that there is insufficient disk space, but I still have a few gigabytes on my C drive. How to solve it

In what context is that error appearing? Is that installing the game or saving a game? If it is the latter it might be a case of the default path being on a disk with only a small amount of space (i.e the game is installed in one place, but has Save Game data in another place).

when saving a game .There are 6 G of disk space remaining.
The game save size is very small, so it shouldn’t require more storage space.
