Set Ai subsidiaries to only build set buildings

Hi all, have you ever wanted to just make a car dealership or a bar chain and had your ai subsidies build whatever they want. We currently have a feature that allows us to set products we allow our subsides to sell but would you like the option to set the buildings they build?
A great example of this would be Starbucks setting the product to food and drink but setting the building they can only build is a coffee shop this would allow you more freedom and a more strict structure for your ai subsidies.
Also with the new Malls that will be introduced could we have a setting to allow just them to only build with in the malls and not build other structures.

how would this work with factories though ? since they would still be able to make the product, they just wouldnt be able to build the store to sell it ?
how would it work with things like megastores that can sell multiple product types ?

You would have permissions to turn off and on for all the building types including factors,farms etc so if you don't want to manufacture at all you wouldn't have to.
Regarding your product question as you currently have the option in game to choose your products you sell this feature wouldn't override this but would allow the ai to narrow down the product type and the correct building to build. For example in the UK we have a company called boots who are just into drugs and cosmetics you could just allow them to build cosmetic and drug stores with no other buildings allowed to be built and no other product categorie they would stay with in this area. Limits there expansion but in a sense stuck to what there good and a develope the brand and r&d in there best field limits the competition from getting into this area.
