Survivor Mode inaccurate statement on the website - seaports are available

I just noticed on the page for Survivor Mode (https://www.capitalismlab.com/ces-dlc/survival-mode/) that it says the following:
Seaports are not available, and the player must make efforts to build up supply chains of raw materials and semi products that are essential for production of consumer goods, which is part of the challenge in this DLC.
I have noticed that you can setup Industrial Sea Ports at the start of the game (Consumer Seaports are not available however). In addition you can also use the Import Company as well (which can import anything).
Also, this page for the General Store:

Does not specify that this only appears in Survivor Mode as well.
