I suggest that the banking company can set up its own, using their own cash, free to set interest rates. Other AI below the central bank interest on loans, and easier to make the whole financial world out of the economic crisis, lending companies earn monthly interest.

I agree with this. I also think playing as a bank isn't half as fun as it looks like.

I think will be fun to OWN a bank in your corporation. Not fully operate it, anyway, just some buttons and sliders and that's it.
Bank simulation in depth is hard and unnecessery, but definately we need just an option to build banks, not fully concentrating on banking gameplay. It will be different game of its on.

Maybe developers can make it like this:
You have it like it's completely different game, you click on the Single player game, then you have two options: 1- Play as usual & 2- Play as a Bank.

When any company wants to get a loan, you see a screen that has several options:
Decide how much the company can get (loan)
Decide to either give the company a loan or not
To set how long can the loan be taken (when to repay and how long can they not pay before the day to pay comes)
Also, if the company which has a loan and did not yet repay it, you can notify the company, so that they pay after some time, or make them pay now (With help of the Judge).
