Option to choose which building types subsidiary can build/ what cities

Would this interest anyone..
I ask for instance when I'm playing with real-world or whatever with mega factories but the AI will instead build lots of smaller factories all making the same thing, and it should clearly be more efficient to have 1 mega factory making things in the city than 6 smaller ones.
or if you want to only build the specialist stores like footwear/drug and disable department stores and so on.
also control over which city your subsidiary's can build in, so you can have different companies in different cities
