Error on File : E:\CLsrc\ilib\MLink.cpp

It's happened on 2 separate saves now. I have no idea how to recreate it, but on the attached save, it crashes every time exactly on Mar 16.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and disabling anti-virus.
I'm on a Windows 11 Asus Zenbook.
The second save is too large (10mb), I can dropbox it if you want.

I should add, game is v 9.0.22
Using Real World Mod Service Addition V12.

The issue has been fixed. Please download the new patch v9.1.17 from

The bug that occurred when the game loaded a mod with missing logo images.
