Change the folder of "translation"

I didn't test yet if it already work like this, but it could be great to have the files inside the folder "translate" inside the folder "text".
Like this, I could copy all the folder inside OmegaT in 1 step and not copy the files "gm_help", help, t_basic, and t_game inside a folder and the guide and the tips in another.
