Capitalism 2 and Capitalism Lab Forum

I always have the problem that the COO although everything is set to NO, constantly exchanges articles. This goes so far that certain items are no longer sold after a few months and even if I change them back again it takes 2-3 days and it is changed by him again.

Is this a BUG or am I doing something wrong?
