When duplicating a retail store I get a crash inside Firm.cpp line:3560
Version 7.1.13 Release, Subsidiary DLC enabled

Attaching save game and providing repro steps.

I'm Duplicating the firm in Moscow selling Headache Pills + Cold Pills
- LMB the correct retail store
- LMB "Relocate or Demolish"
- LMB "Duplicate Firm"

Right arrow button on keyboard to switch town to "Helsinki"
Place the duplicate firm in the designated position

Following these steps I have a 5/5 repro rate so 100% crash rate

I'll test around with variations to see if I can learn anything more

Some scenarios I have tested:

Duplicating it to a green field a bit to the south in Helsinki I got no crash
Duplicating it into Manila I get no crash

First duplicating into Manila then into that specific position in Helsinki I get a crash

Placing into the same "block" inside Helsinki I get the same crash
Placing into 3 blocks to the left inside Helsinki I get no crash. If I then do an IPO "and then duplicate the new firm" into the wanted position, I get no crash.
Placing somewhere in Helsinki, and then duplicating the firm without doing an IPO I get a crash

Doing an IPO and then duplicating from Moscow -> Helsinki (wanted pos) I get no crash
Advancing the time + borrowing money + duplicating Moscow -> Helsinki (wanted pos) I get no crash
Advancing the time + borrowing money + duplicating Moscow -> Helsinki (wanted pos) I get crash

I don't really get anything that feels conclusive to what might cause this, my best bet is that it has to do with "amount of money my company have after the duplication"
My best bet is that it is somehow related to the final cost exceeding some kind of hard coded limit for how much in debt my company can become from duplicating.
Maybe related to multiple floors from Subsidary DLC?

I hope someone with access to source code can provide some more insight into what is happening
If it is in fact related to money, I as a player would have expected to not be able to place the building as in update UI to disallow placing it due to cost being too high
