CapLab Release v 7.0.06: some problems with settings

1. Can not increase or decrease Initial Stock Price Modifier on Global Stock, but after reloading the game this bug does not appear.
2. Crash with Experimental DLC

This error occurred because <CapLab game folder>\text\t_game.txt file is the old version. Please download and reinstall the game again from the
https://www.capitalism2.com/forum/viewt ... f=7&t=8424 and do not apply any translation files. If the error still occurs, please let me know.
If the error occurs after applying translation files, please let me know which language of translation files you used.
