Would be nice to have an opportunuity to choose whether Cities will be intersected by rivers or will not be, or to be some percent (or probability of rivers) to choose from.

This option would help to have more space for buildings in cities...

So cities without Rivers will have more space for buildings

And such options to be possible to include in text script.
