a bug?

the cash asstets should be converting to to a loans with that slider setup but instead it stays around 18% no matter what
bank capital ratio is fine as you see

also, when my corps repaying the loans/taking the loans from my bank the bank available cash doesnt change

Please be informed that other banks are competing with your bank for customers' deposits and it is not a given that deposits in your bank will always grow. To attract more customers to deposit money in your bank, you could increase your deposit interest rate.
