Hello,
The IA sometimes steal one of my researcher. So, if i have a unit of 6 researchers that work on une technology and they steal one i have a malus with 5, this is normal.
But when i hire a replacant (the same day), he's not start to work in this pool again. It's like if the unit is not linked to the other ones. So this guy can start the research from scratch alone, or wait doing nothing during years till the next research ... Is it a bug or some improvemetn to do? or did i miss something?

By design, when the researcher is gone and the R&D unit is idle, the loss in the research capacity will lead to a reduction in the target R&D level.

is there a way to solve this when i hire a new scientist? even with a small malus?
