I bought up a company to 100%, but I can't merge because they have an OS as well. Is there a way to discontinue their OS so I can merge? I can't transfer the software firms, and even after stopping production and demolishing the firms, it still won't let me and their users don't go down. I started another OS in a subsidiary to see if that would make it not be a "monopoly", but it still didn't work. Any ideas on how to do this?

yea stuck with this once, took all efforts to reach 75% in a company and then could not merge. This is a bug I believe which needs to be worked on
