A company's stock status.
B has 30% of A company stock
C has 50%
others have 20%
B and C are subsidiaries of my group.
Then, at real world, the A company should be also one of my group? But at this game, I can not control the A company at all.
I think this is problem.
And, I hope there is icon I can transfer(sell) a company's stock to other company at once.

You can transfer/sell stock owned by B to C with this trick, pause your game to 0 speed. Sell all stock owned by B company, C company buy all the stock. Then you can control A company.

Actually, the game could have the opportunity to "give" the stock to another corporate and not sell and buy it

You mean "transfer of stock" just like transfer of firms? That'll be better than just selling and buying it (as the prise will move). I think the mechanic of this should be:
1/ Company C transfers all stock of A to company B
2/ You get the msg "Your subsidiary - company B - now owns over 75% of company A, do you wanna take direct control of company A? Y/N
3/ If you select "Yes" - all the stock is moved to your main corporation, you know own 75% of A through it, Company A is now your subsidiary the same way as B and C
4/ If you select "No" - nothing changes. Company A is a subsidiary of Company B. The CEO of B now decides what to do with it and its stock. (possible option here - to block his/her decision?)
5/ Possible option: to be forbidden for 2 subsidiaries of same group to both own stock in the same company. If you try to buy some, the game should not allow it. If you acquire control of the second company (let's say it's C) and it has stock in A, the game should prompt you to transfer all the stock in either B, C, your main corp/group or to sell back the stock to A, or to offload it in the stock market. Your choice.

Its the same if you own stock personally it doesn't count for ownership control, which makes buying stocks in other companies with personal money pretty pointless
