Suggestion : Hostile takeover or not by the IA

A takeover bid occurs when company A is interested in company B. It is most often successful when the shareholders are scattered and/or not homogeneous (a company with 1 million investors is more likely to be the subject of a takeover bid than if there are only 3 people and only one of them has more than half of the capital).

My proposal is as follows: to have the possibility of making it possible for the AI to launch takeovers, hostile or not, against our company or others.

When that happens with a company in which we have shares, there would be a message like this:

"Coca Cola" is making a takeover bid for the "Bonetta" company. You own about 10% of that company. The current market price is €10 per share for a total of €1000. "Coca Cola" would like to buy your shares at € 13 per share for a total of € 1300.

Coca Cola currently owns 70% of the company. If you accept, Coca Cola will own 80%.

Will you accept?

If this is our main business:

You only own 20% of the Boneta company. Due to the Coca Cola takeover, you are not the owner of the company.
