Startup screen weirdness

When I start up capitalism lab, it appears the UI is tripled so I get three copies in the window...
Help... Any suggestions?
I'm running windows 7 x64.
I attached a screenshot.

You may try the fullscreen mode and see if the problem persists.
Here are the steps:
1) download the latest version 1.950
viewtopic.php?f=10&t=593
2) To apply the patch, simply unpack it to your Capitalism Lab program folder.
Your Capitalism Lab is located in C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Capitalism Lab Beta, unless you changed the installation folder on the installer.
3) Put a dummy file called FULLSCR.SYS on the same Capitalism Lab program folder. You may just duplicate any file there and rename it as FULLSCR.SYS
When the game detects this file, it will run in full screen mode.
4) See if the problem is resolved or persists in the full screen.
