Hello, I want to report a bug:
I am playing the latest version 6.3.06 and there is only one worker in each section of the factories.
Thanks.

Actually It is not a bug. The one you selected is the purchasing unit, which only has one worker.
The number of workers are reduced significantly when the City Economic Simulation DLC is enabled.
For more details, please see:
https://www.capitalismlab.com/ces-dlc/u ... imulation/
The city simulation in this DLC has been greatly enhanced. A new simulation model has been devised and implemented which simulates new aspects of a city like quality of life, the city’s competitiveness in individual industries, the city government finance, GDP and its components, a tax system and many others, as detailed below.
To allow for such a sophisticated simulation model to function, there is a host of new programming code added for simulating citizens and that requires longer CPU processing time and greater precision in simulation data.
To accommodate that, in this DLC, a city’s population is approximately one-tenth of that of a city in the normal game mode without the DLC. For instance, you may expect to see a city with a population of 500,000 in a game using this DLC, as opposite to a city with 5 million people in the normal game.

I tested this in the lateast release and there is now only one worker in the Manufacturing Unit as well. 6.3.06 Release without any DLC:s enabled. I do own City Economic DLC but for this test it was disabled. I am pretty sure there were many workers in the manufacturing units but I might be wrong.
The picture below is from a freshly started game with a factory plopped down somewhere.

Small and medium sized factories have one worker in each manufacturing unit.
Large factories have 2 workers in each manufacturing unit.

In 6.3.06 with no DLCs enabled there are only one worker manufacturing even in a large factory, not two.
I tested a large farm as well. One one worker in the Livestock Raisning and Livestock Processing units.
I resinstalled 5.9.05 and back then there were many workers manufacturing, and livestock units. Maybe by design in the 6.x releases but still not two anywhere, not even in the large factories/farms.

I'm seeing the same thing. What I don't understand is why the worker counts were changed, because this seems to make the training of workers way to fast compare to older versions.

Previously, I had also switched back to 5.9.05, because it seemed way to easy to win when all the facilities could be at max training level in less than a year.
My issue is not with the worker count, but with the speed of training, which is directly related to the worker counter. (Or it was previously related)

I have also returned to my last version 5.XXX saved on pc ( v5.7.12). Version 6 is very easy for me.

I am experiencing the same problem, and I do not even have the City Economic Simulation DLC purchased or enabled. My large factories only have one worker for Manufacturing tiles.
The issue is that my shops and factories get up to maximum experience in only a few months, which means I experience output and sales growth at a massive rate. It can be fixed by reducing the training levels, but somewhat takes away from the game play as either I grow at an unprecedented rate or save a ton of money on training.

Thanks for fixing this issue. Also, disabling the DLC reverts the working count back to the same it was previously.
