Pretty much the entire entire day yesterday beside little bit after i woke up. Game has been recession plus the other 2, can't remember their names off hand just got up. Not really sure what causes it.

It isnt much clear to me what you realy saying, but if you mean your city or cities are in recession, its coused by negative GDP growt.

ok, sorry wasn't clear. Just was going on pretty much all day yesterday. But after i posted this this morning finally pulled out of it.

When GPD have negative GDP city go in recession, if GDP is positive, depending how positive, it can be expanding, booming etc, more investments in city, like new factories stories, buildings, or even buying land increase the GPD, so in a way you have control over it, depending from your cash reserve, if you keep investing in the city in one form or another, economy will be booming. Just simple way to control it, is buying land just before end of the year, that adds to GDP, so you can keep it positive for a long time, but at some point you have to go in recession for a year, selling all land will do it, then you can start slowly buy it back to keep positive GDP, then sell it again when you are going out of capital, get a recession for a year .... repeat (kinda cheating tho)
