Would you like us to add a slider on the Digital Age DLC's new game settings page that controls the inertia of the telecom industry – how easy it is to lure customers from another telecom with better pricing and higher quality of service?

It would be great to allow the users to decide on marketing spending to boost brand awareness / competitiveness in the city
Also, with the coming of 5G, I think it would be great if you could add in the opportunity for network upgrade - in the game you could have the telecom firm having 3 products (3G, 4G, 5G) and having to decide investment / pricing for all 3 putting.
Finally, adding in a revenue index (like what you do for software and internet) is a great idea.
