Would you like us to explore the idea of letting the player character learn new skills in the midst of a game?
One possibility is adding a new building which the player character may go to for learning new skills, including those listed on the Expertise page of the Person report.
Note that this is a very preliminary idea and no gameplay mechanics have been defined yet. Please provide inputs if you are interested in this.

This would be great.
also would be nice that you see how player expertise affect values in game.
Example. if player has Expertise in Operating System
when you research Operating System values show 20 + 10(because of expertise)
also for other stats.
Farming, Retail, Manufacture, etc...

Yes, but instead I´d like to see this implemented like in the scenarios, where once a certain threshold has been crossed the skill increases.

Another option could be to choose a few of the NPCs with expertise and make them available as "Mentors" that will accept a one-off payment to train you up to 1/2 their expertise in a specific industry or product. This would still give value to COO's with expertise, but allow an extra amount of customization to your strategy.
