Poll: Change the bank to a subsidiary model

Do you want the bank to be changed to a subsidiary model?
Note that this will make it a requirement to buy the Subsidiary DLC in order to use the Banking and Finance DLC. Right now, all the DLCs of Capitalism Lab can be used independently with no requirements of other DLCs.
This is the original user post that suggests making the change.
If you change the bank to a subsidiary model, instead of the current capital in and out tab with the reversible arrow, it might be better to have the standard capital management functions where you can inject capital/do a share issue to raise money, and then allow the bank to pay dividends (ordinary and special) to return capital. Makes it more realistic and less clunky. You could restrict the payment of dividends in the manner you currently do for level of funds you are able to transfer out of the bank (i.e. needing to comply with capital ratios).
