I just tested it by clicking on a public building with v6.0.11 but I didn't get any error.
Did you always get the error whenever you clicked on any public building?

I had this error in 6.0.10 only 6.0.11 is fine

hyunization, please check the version you are using and see if it is v6.0.11 or v6.0.10. You could see the version number at the top right of the game's main menu.
If it is v6.0.10, you may download version 6.0.11 from
https://www.enlight.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=52&t=6904
