The Banking DLC is currently in beta-test. It will be available for ordering after the beta-test has finished.
If there are sufficient interests in the pre-ordering the Banking and Finance DLC, we will start taking orders sooner allowing people who have pre-ordered to have early access to the DLC.
You may let us know your interest in pre-ordering the DLC at: https://www.enlight.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=52&t=6906
